Refund Protection with Booking Protect

We are now offering guests the option to purchase Booking Protect when placing a booking with us. This provides refund protection up to the value of £1,500.
This can be purchased when an initial booking is made (both online and over the phone), or it can be purchased at a later date down the line, at any point until the full balance has been paid. Once the full balance has been paid, refund protection cannot be added.
If you have already made a booking with us and are yet to pay your balance you can call us on 01333 329039 and we can add this to your booking. We are also happy to help should you require any further information regarding this product.
