Office Opening Hours

Our office hours are 09.30-16.00 Monday-Friday and 10.00-15.30 Saturday. The office is closed on a Sunday 

We are often out attending to guests or setting up lodges, if you cannot get an answer on the phone please email us using the contact form above and we will get back to you as soon as we are able. 

If you are contacting us about your booking please refer to our website particularly the FAQ page, or log in to your Guest Login area where you can manage your booking, pay your balance, find details about what you have booked and add specialist equipment to your booking.

How to Find Us

By Car

We are located just off the A915 Leven to St Andrews road in the heart of Lundin Links, after entering Lundin Links from the West (Leven) after the Old Manor Hotel and tennis courts turn right onto Victoria Road and then right again on Links Road, we are approximately 200m on the right. There are tourist brown signs  with 'Homelands' to guide you. Our entrance is just opposite the start of the Golf course.  From the East (St Andrews) pass the parade of shops in Lundin Links then turn left onto Victoria Road and continue as above. For Sat Nav users our post code is KY8 6AT.

By Bus

From Leven Bus Station the 95, 97 X58 and X60 buses stop in Lundin Links approximately 200m from the entrance to Homelands

From St Andrews Bus Station the X58 and X60 buses stop in Lundin Links approximately 200m from the entrance to Homelands.

By Rail

The nearest rail station Leven (3 miles) with a regular train service to/from Edinburgh Waverley. Connect then to Lundin links via bus (see above) or taxi.

 Taxis

There are a number of local Taxi firms with adapted vehicles who can transfer you from the nearest rail or bus station. We can highly recommend one2one taxis in Leven call 01333 427121 to book direct with them.

By Air

The nearest major Airport is Edinburgh (35 miles), the airport can be accessed by rail from Leven via Edinburgh Gateway Railway station and the Edinburgh Tram system.
