Let’s make healthy living fun, supportive, and totally achievable!
Whether your New Year goals have fizzled out or you’re just ready to make some positive changes, this relaxed and friendly group is for YOU. It’s never too late to feel better, move more, and eat well – one small step at a time.
This programme is all about finding what works for you.
Over 8 to 12 fortnightly sessions, you’ll get a personalised healthy eating plan, loads of helpful tips, and guidance on a range of health topics. There’s also an optional weigh-in if you’d like to keep track – no pressure!

Tried all the diets? Fed up doing it alone? Come along for one session or stick with us for the full programme it’s totally flexible and free of judgment.
