Whatever skills you have and however much time you can spare, there are lots of ways you can get involved at Homelands. If you are a good listener, get on well with others, and you’re committed and enthusiastic, you already have many of the skills we need.

We offer ongoing support and training to all our volunteers to make sure you’ll feel confident in carrying out your role to the best of your ability.

Things our volunteers get involved with…

☕ Community Café – Be part of a warm, welcoming environment where you can serve refreshments, chat with visitors, and brighten someone’s day.

🏡 Guest Check-ins – Help guests feel at home by providing a friendly welcome and support as they arrive for their stay.

🌿 Gardening – Enjoy the fresh air while helping to maintain our beautiful grounds, making Homelands a peaceful retreat for guests and the local community.

🎉 Helping at Fundraising Events – Support fantastic events like the Big Picnic in Lundin Links or our Quiz Night at the Simpson Institute, helping to raise vital funds for our work.

🏃 Running Your Own Fundraising Event – Take on a challenge like the Kiltwalk or host your own fundraiser to support Homelands!
